Welcome to our homestead!
This secluded homestead is located on a private airfield with a 3500 ft grassy runway and a private taxiway. The tie down is right on our front lawn so come fly in for your North Idaho experience! We have a CFI living on the farm if you need any training or flight review. Nearby, you will find a myriad outdoor recreation activities including Silverwood Theme Park, Farragut State Park, Lake Pend Oreille, Coeur d’Alene, and Sandpoint.
Here, we grow a large selection of vegetables, fruit and flowers for the local farmers market. We also have a rooster and chickens that provide fresh eggs, and 2 VERY adorable tabby kitties that you’ll see roam the premises. You are welcome to visit the garden and stroll around, but please keep the garden gates shut for deer protection. You might enjoy a relaxing break on the bench in the herbal garden.
For your culinary needs, we provide a commercial kitchen that is attached to the garage. You will find a 3-tier-sink, big fridge, freezer, a small burner, pots, toaster, water kettle, coffee maker, coffee thermos and all the dishes and utensils you will need. An assortment of teas and coffees is provided. Please make sure you return all the dishes after your use into the sink in the kitchen.

Happy Trails Hideaway glamping
Our cute Happy Trails Hideaway glamping tent sits on a wooden platform under the string lights provides all necessary items for your camping stay in the wood: two twin beds with cotton duvet style bedding, drawers for your personal items and storage under the beds. You will find towels and camping lanterns in the baskets. We provide Starlink Internet.
Outdoor recreation includes an old vintage bathtub for your cold plunges, a big trampoline, lounge chairs and a rocking chair, and a walking trail through the woods for your forest bathing experience.
Peaceful Pinecone Grove campground
The Peaceful Pinecone Grove campground is on a tranquil, secluded 3-acre homestead property with myriad outdoor recreation activities nearby. This spacious, shaded back-in camp site provides all necessary hookups for your camper or trailer: electric, water and sewer. Wifi is provided as well. The space is most perfect for “van life” folks, designed by the host with her own glamping van that she keeps on the property.
You can pitch a tent or use the hammocks under the trees. There is a walking path through the woods, an outdoor clawfoot bathtub for cold plunges, and a trampoline. We’ll provide a couple of lounge chairs and a side table as well.
